Firmware Version: 1.0.9

There is an iPhone in my network that shows up in the Deco app as an "UNKNOWN" device.

The problem is that it cannot be blacklisted:

 

  1. The app doesn't show the 3-dots option in the cog menu when the device is selected.
  2. The device doesn't appear in the list of clients on the blacklist section.

 

I'm using the iPhone app version 2.9.6.

Hi,
I have tested on my phone with IOS 2.9.6 as well.

I can see the option to add the device( no matter it is online or offline) to the blacklist:

Hi, Is this iPhone the master device that logs into the owner's account and is connected to Deco’s Wi-Fi?
