When set up wifi router, the.orange light is.lights up even i off modem and router for.5 minutes few times. Kindly.advise

Be sure to confirm the internet is working fine first when you connect a computer directly to the ISP modem, and ensure the WAN connection type on the router is configured correctly.
BTW, who is your ISP?
