Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.6 Build 20200902 rel.65590(4555)

Hello there,

I have had the router for about two weeks now, and, I have had to restart it (power off -> on) for about 6-8 times now.

There are two main issues:

First - It seems that in about a day to three days, I need to restart the rourter as there is no wireless internet connection (both 2.4 and 5G channels). After the restart, all is good. I have tried disabling the 5G channel, but the issue remains.

Second - From time to time, I can see big loading times on every content (webpages , images, videos....). This is also rectified after a restart.

(I just need to check whether my wired connections have internet access during the wired outages)

Let me know if you need any data and how can I collect it.

Thanks!

@spmkd

If your device is with EU firmware, there's a beta version available here (second link), which was released to address wireless stability.

With this beta there's an option to turn OneMesh feature off if you don't use it. Give it a try and see if that helps.

Use these wireless security settings for both bands:
