It is recommend to contact Samsung support to change the 5Ghz Hotspot WiFi channel to Band1 to Band3 channels mentioned in the FAQ below :
( Band1 channels 36/40/44/48 are recommended)

Please download WiFI analyzer APP or software on your Andriod phone or computer and see which channel the Hotspot Wifi is using?
