Model: Deco E3
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I just bought 3-pack Deco X60. And I had already a pair of E3s. Can I close its 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz? ( as you know they have not WPA3 support and I want to use WPA3 with my new deco x60s) I want to use this E3 only for connecting my new decos. Is it possible? Is it change the way of the connection ( I mean Wifi 6) and security (WPA3) ? If it's no, is there a solution to connect them without buying a Deco X60 again?

@alge05

Hi, Deco E3 does not support 2.4ghz and 5ghz at the same time;

So if possible, it is suggested to set up a different Mesh network with Deco E3, such as:

ISP modem—Deco X60(router mode with Mesh 1)---<Ethernet cable>--Deco E3(access mode with Mesh 2)
