What about the configuration of the ISP-supplied modem router? Have you configured it to work in so-called "Bridge" mode?
By "old router" do you mean that white/silver device that can be seen underneath your Archer MR200 in the photo? Or is the old router another one that is not shown?
By the way, can you tell us the brand and model of that white/silver device shown in the photo?
