Faced a situation when HomeCare is blocking a site, but I would like to solve this issue myself for some sites. Will there be functionality for handling user-added exceptions?

I guess you are requiring a whitelist when configuring the Parental Control feature on the AX11000? That is currently not supported, we will take a look if we can optimize the feature in the foreseeable future.

 

You are suggested to use the blacklist if you want to block some specific websites or devices, here is the guide you may refer to:

@Kevin_Z No, I say about HomeCare. I like it functionality, but need some customization. 

It filters access to sites based on its database automatically. And feature about i say - "whitelist" for TrendMicro in router
