Model: Archer A9
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20210315 rel.40637

Hello!

Over the last couple months, the A9 running in access point mode has been dropping all 2.4GHz devices' connections.

I have tried upgrading to the latest firmware - hasn't solved the problem. It worked for one night but now the router refuses to broadcast 2.4Ghz connection all together (even though it's turned on in the settings and the yellow light on the device for 2.4Ghz is on). In other words, the network name doesn't show up on any wifi-scanning application.

I have tried switching off "Smart connect" and assigned unique SSIDs to each of the networks, but it only broadcasts the 5GHz but not the 2.4Ghz. And yes, I've tried turning the 2.4Ghz on and off again.

I have tried switching from AP mode to router mode, no change. No devices on the 2.4GHz network can connect since these don't have 5GHz capability.

I have tried factory resetting the device and re-establishing everything. Didn't work either.

I was trying to downgrade the firmware to an older one but it keeps telling me that it's an invalid file type.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
