Hi Team,

After I reset my modem only first two lights are working and if I connect some lan that also not working. So, I tried to reset again, but after hold it for more-than 10sec also no response always first two light is showing and reset is not working at all. Kindly some one help me on this ASAP.

Hi, How long have you had the modem?

Have you tried to plug the modem elsewhere and power off for 10 minutes, then reset one more time?

If still nothing happened, It is suggested that you could contact the local support team to check whether it is still under warranty;
