After i change my ISP DNS(TM UNIFI) to Google open DNS it still the same and the website i need to go still not open. Is this Hardware problem or Firmware problem
Where did you change the DNS server settings? Can we have a screenshot?
How about the internet LED on the AX50? Can you open other websites, or you cannot access the internet at all? Please check this guide to confirm all the settings on the router do match that provided by Unifi TM:
