Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.0

Hello Team,

I recently upgraded the firmware and since then I am unable to log in to the router. I can log in to the router through a mobile app though. Can someone help me out and explain why this is happening and any suggestions to fix this. Thanks in advance.

If you still have access to the device from the mobile app, take a backup notes of your router configuration.

Hard reset the device using method 1 and re-configure from scratch.
