Just notice, My Deco X20 main unit is configured as Wireless router.
Port 1 is connection to ISP Modem.
Port 2 I tried to connect to a network switch, but it seems like not working. Any settign need to be done to activate or use the port 2 as normal ethernet port?

Hi, there are no additional settings needed for the 2nd Ethernet port to provide internet service;
So could you please provide more details about your current issue: like no internet service when connected to the switch? or wired devices that connected to the switch, are not accessible when the internet service went down?
By the way, what is the model number of your network switch?
