[Troubleshooting] Deco causes browsers/websites to appear in a foreign language

Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.74

Recently, when I use the wifi network from our Deco TP Link, my browsers and websites appear in a different language. This is true for sites like Youtube, Google, etc. The videos suggested to me are foreign, as are the search results. This is the same across all devices, and it doesn't happen when I'm connected to my main WiFi network. I'm not using a VPN. What could be the cause, and how can I fix it?

@kitty29

Thanks for the feedback.

Which language did it direct to?

Can I have some pictures or video clips?

Is there any change recently, like a firmware upgrade or a new device joining in?

Could you please help me do a simple test:

what websites did you see if you go to https://www.tp-link.com?

Normally you are supposed to see https://www.tp-link.com/ph/

Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

@TP-Link

Hi! The language it directed to is Vietnamese. Here are some pictures. We have not upgraded the firmware and there has been no new device which joined in. I still see https://www.tp-link.com/ph/.

Hi, sorry for the delay.

After checking with the senior engineers, here are some suggestions:

1. connect the device to the ISP router and check the DNS settings on this device;---how to check the DNS settings(take windows for example):

2. change the WAN DNS on the Deco to be the same as ISP router:

Thank you.
