Whats the wifi tecnology that the Router AX10 in 2.4GHz channel supports? Is WiFi 6 and 5 supported?

Yes brother the Ax10 2.4 ghz band is Wifi 4 but the 5ghz band supports Wifi6 (802.11ax @80hz).

And with 2.4GHz I will achieve 300mb on WiFi 4?

The 300mbps seems to be the maximum theoretical limit for the 2.4ghz band, the real world performance of this band is not so great.
I don't think that 2.4 band supports beamforming and MU-MIMO.
