Planning to buy the TL-WA850RE N300 extender through Amazon. It has got one ethernet port. Can I connect this ethernet port as an input to the extender and connect the other end of the LAN cable to my main TP link router ? I will need only  wifi out put from the extender for my "wifi radio".

I am not able to use the main router wifi strength ( different floors of my house separated by concrete roof) since it is  very weak.

The LAN input cable will have a length of 8 metres
