I have paid and subscribed to kasa care, but it doesn't seem to be connected to our camera since there's no history of activity.
Hi,
The Kasa care service started taking effect after the subscription;
So what video history did you want to review, like 15 days before the subscription? and which kasa care plan did you subscribe to?
