I'm getting an error that password is incorrect, the wifi name doesn't correspond with that on the back of the router

I have seen a few people report this recently, also notice the SSID is not the same as the label indicates, 0969 vs 9900.

 

Try resetting the device and see if that corrects it, if not I would recommend you connect to the router via a LAN cable and go directly to the router to setup from there.
