If I turn on MIMO fearure of Archer C6 V3.2 US on 5Ghz, will the 2.4Ghz's MIMO automatically be turned off? Need a full info about it.

Are you talking about MU-MIMO? As far as I know, the Archer C6 v3 only supports MU-MIMO on 5GHz, it doesn't support MU-MIMO on the 2.4GHz.
