hi. i forgot the wireless password so i had the device reset to factory settings. after resetting, opening the access link tplinkwifi.net and after resetting, the default username and password would be admin. i reset the device for so mant times but still wont accept admin as default.
Is the model number WR840N? Where did you purchase it? Did you purchase it from the Internet Provider, or did you purchase from the local reseller? When you're resetting the router, ensure the reset is successful, you can check if the wireless network name is the default one after the reset, then check again if you can login by admin.
