AX20 - Random reboots
I'm facing random reboots on my AX20 similar to the issue reported below:
https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/254534
I can see that a firmware update (Archer AX20(US)_V2_210128) in February apparently fixes the issue but it is only out for v2 hardware.
Will this be released for v1.2 versions?

Hello, we would like to know more details which will help us analyze the special reboot issue you are experiencing.
When did you purchase it, does the reboot issue occur when you first installed it or is it happening after some special activity, such as high loading or streaming? Have you ever upgraded the router firmware or changed some setting on it when this issue begins to happen?
How often does the reboot issue occur? If possible, try to reduce the connected devices, modify the Transmit Power on the router to middle or low, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, then change the Transmit Power of the 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi to "Middle" or "Low", then monitor again.
You can also check the CPU & Memory utilization on the Network Map - scroll down the page and you will get it.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the response. Comments below:
Router was bought about 3 months ago and I upgraded the firmware straight to 1.2.0 Build 20201023 rel.69987(5553) when I set it up. The random reboots did not happen initially but has been occurring pretty often (about 2-3 times a day) now. No change of config between then and now.
I have reduced the transmit power to Middle 3 days ago but I still face the same issue. CPU and memory utilization isn't exactly at high load and this occurs even when I don't stream anything. I have seen this happening at 1-2AM when everyone is asleep and I'm the only one browsing news sites.
Similar to the earlier thread, I'll see entries in the log indicating it had a quick reboot in between where services get started again.

As you can see it did a small restart at 3:38am then it happens again at 1:59pm.
Also, is there any reason why logs are not retained after reboot? It always get initialized to October 2020 (firmware date?)

Thanks.

Ah, since v2 has a firmware update to fix the issue, will v1.2 get the firmware upgrade too? Will log a case with tech support then.
