Model: Archer AX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.9 Build 20200708 rel.55037(5553)

Hi all,

I recently purchased an Archer AX50 (AX3000) after having WiFi issues with the Verizon Fios router provided to me by Verizon. While the WiFi seems to be very fast and what I'd hoped for, I'm having bandwidth issues with the ethernet connection to my gaming PC. I stream World of Warcraft on Twitch 4 days a week and have had no issues with ethernet via the prior router, but after installing the AX50 and connecting via ethernet two days ago, the last two nights following installation I've been unable to stream without performance issues.

I've checked all other settings and nothing has changed in my hardware or software other than the AX50. Please help! I'd prefer to keep this router rather than return and look for another brand.

@torind

Check the Internet port and LAN port negotiation speed in the following screen:

If the speed of Internet or LAN port indicates 100Mbps, but your ISP provides more than 100Mbps bandwidth then that's the reason for slower speeds.

You can change the ethernet cable with Cat (5e/6) or use another AX50 LAN port to see if that will resolve the issue.
