Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v009f.0 Build 190419 Rel.34272n

Folks,

To resolve some network issues I have reconfigured my TD-W9970 up as a modem using the 'bridge' setting.

I was not asked for username or password for new setup, configuration page shows it set as a bridge but all my LAN settings still show, my two virtual LAN settings show up, the DHCP shows up for both and show as enabled.  I temporarily enabled wifi and then 10 clients showed as connected.  I've no idea if they had internet access as I disabled immediately.

I am baffled, I would have thought all LAN settings would have disappeared and I would have had to re-enter login details or am I misunderstanding a 'bridge' set up?

@Geffers

You can use this post as reference for configuring the device in bridge mode.

Here's a video guide if it's more convenient for you.

@terziyski   Thank you, sorted now.  Just reset to factory defaults then set up as a bridge.

Saved some config bin files with various setups makes switching very easy.

Plus Router connected via powerline (homeplug) so the laptop I am working on need not be in same room as router, technology is amazing.
