I have the x20 which is working great in router mode. I have decided to change it to access mode so the router does not all the work and one less hop.
But on the app, when i go to advanced-->operation i cannot select access mode. Its like its greyed out.
is there some other setting that is preventing this?
Hi, May I know your current APP version?
And did you use an Android phone or iPhone?
And here are some suggestions for you:
1. Make sure there is no VPN connection on the phone.
2. Connecting to Deco WiFi, Force to quit Deco APP on the background.
3. Reopen Deco APP and try to change the operating mode again.
4. If the issue still exist, please go to Overview>settings on the top left>help>contact US> Suggestions and send us the APP system log;
