I bought this router for using wireless VR, it worked for few months but then i noticed slow speeds didnt find anything in settings, cable running to and from router is tested and i get 4 max Mb/s download from 100 Mb/s, both on wireless and wired. I have no idea what to do with it if its broken or there is some fix

@Kevin_Z it is correct but sorry it already works i just turned it off for day and it worked after

Have you referred to this article? Please check the QoS settings on the AX50, ensure it is correct, or simply disable it:
