I have an MR600 v1 the power light just flashes but the unti never comes on, any ideas ?
It's looks like a harware problem. Try to use another 12V/2A power supply to start your router.
If it don't works with the new power supply, perhaps it's caused by a bad capacitor inside router. Contact TP-Link for warranty!

By the way, how long have you had the modem and when did the issue start?
