Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Build 210318 Beta.38701n

Hello,
My router is VR600 EU, I just updated its firmware to the latest beta version (210318 Beta.38701n) but the online functionality is not working after the firmware update and I can't access the router from Tether mobile app, and each time I try to login using tplink account or opening the tp link cloud tab from the router admin page, I get an error says that no internet connection. However, the internet connection is working.

I tried to reset the router but the problem still exists.

Our senior engineers are working on this issue already.

Currently, there is another firmware that could fix this issue, and please have a check of your message box.

Why was the beta software page removed on the TP-Link site? Will new software come to Archer vr600 ac1200 device? When I turn on Qos my modem restarts or sorting doesn't work.

Hi, what is your current firmware, Build 210318 Beta.38701n or Build 210409?

Have you tried this firmware：

Hi i try it but I'm observing ping and latency issues.If i open qos i see loss and spike or ping fluctuation.

@TP-Link Hi, I tried the firmware that you sent me in the inbox but I found that QOS feature is removed from the menu, Is there anyway to fix it?
