I try to run setting but keep failed to connect and I contact ISP they told me is router setting problem. Please assist me.

Yeah, using PPPOE is working.

Does Unifi provide a Dynamic IP connection or PPPoE connection? Please ensure you have the correct info and have all the info configured correctly on the AX73 router.
