Hi there

 

I am trying to set up a Deco M5 on a new fiber connection. According to the documentation from the fiber provider, the connection uses IPoE. (with VLAN Tag 10). No user or password required. 

 

But IPoE is not an available option in the App when setting up the Deco M5. 

 

Does anyone know which option I should choose from the app?

Hi,

Have you tried dynamic IP connection type and enabled the internet VLAN ID to have a look?

@TP-Link Thank you. I did try Dynamic IP but did not see any option for enabling the internet VLAN ID. 

I can't test it right now, because someone is using the network for work, but I will try and have a look as soon as possible.

@BrettOnTheNet You can enable the VLAN ID under the IPTV/VLAN option
