I was wondering - how can I enable the DoT and DoH . It seems to be currently blocked by the firewall.

Your router firewall doesn't block DoH.
Your ISP may not support DoH, but there are DNS providers who support that and you can redirect your DNS queries to these.
Here's how to enable DoH in your browser:
