I need help to fix error of 'simcard not detected'
Currently I'm using DIGI Next 4G LTE.
Already reset & re-insert simcard
What should I do next?

Please kindly try below suggestions, and see if any will help resolve the issue:
1. Try to take out the SIM card, reset the MR100 to factory defaults, restart it, then insert the SIM card, check again.
2. Please verify if the firmware of the MR100 is up-to-date, if not, update it, then confirm again.
3. Is there a sticker in the package? You may use the sticker to fix the SIM card firmly on the SIM cardholder, then check again.
4. If possible, try with another SIM card.
