Model: Archer C80  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.9 Build 201003 Rel.55402n(5553)

I just buy an archer c80 model, when i finished setting IP & MAC Binding to my device , i turn off my device and use Fing (mobile application) to check online device on my network. My device still shown it online actually it must be shown offline, so my question is IP & MAC Binding mode makes ip address and mac of device up all the time in router lan?   Thanks in advance

Can you ping the IP address in question while the device is off ? Any replies from the ping command ?

can not ping when device is off but network scanner show it's online all time but when i unbind the ip & mac and turn off again fing show that offline (normally should be like this).

I am not familiar with the method that fing is using to determine whether a host is on/off line but you can try with another program to test the behavior - for example with Angry IP scanner.
