I Purchase Archer C6U (Ac1200)Ver:2.0 Wifi Router Full Gigabit/Dual Band on 05 February 2020 S/N:-2199081001629, P/N:-0150502820

 

Last some month I faced problems with this Router that has an internet line but dont work with the Wireless line in the Router.Also my Internet Service provides chek  this router their own office with the Direct Internet line same problem found have internet line but Wireless discounted automatic

 

 

When i purchase this router after 1 month lock down whole country also i change my House that's why i can't found Money receipt copy.after i found money receipt copy then i saw already 3 days Expired and talk with Service center they told me send the router to Tp link Office they will check and solve this problem but not replacement this Router. I sent this Router. They work with this router but still I faced the same problem.

 

After that I talked with Tp-Link Dhaka Office service Center for Replacement but they update router software and they refuse to replace due to already having crossed 1 Year. But the whole world faces Covid-19. In this case why not consider some days to provide tp Link  replacement.

 

Also the service center agent told me that check this router Tp Link office if not faced any problem then no action taken.and after that same problem in home again they don't liable to service this router.

 

N.B: Service provider told me to change the internet cable to Fiber Optics.I have another router i also check that Router with this current cable but i can't faced any problem

. now my question is if i buy Optical Fiber after that if i face the same problem then who takes the responsibility

 

 

Please try to understand the whole world current situation every company consider with their product service and everything  and Replace this Router.
