Just set up my new 3 Deco M5's and fixed all my speed and dead spot issues but now my work computer cannot connect to Go To Meeting video conferencing that my company uses.  I work from home so this needs to work or the whole thing is useless.  Worked on home laptop and phone but not on work laptop.  It is a Dell Latitude 5490.  Running Windows 2013.   Please help!

Hi, sorry for the delay.

Are you still have the same issue recently？

If yes, could you please help me check the following information：

1.Would there be an error message when it failed to connect to Go To Meeting video conferencing?

2.Except for the video conference, did you have any other issue with the work laptop?

3.Could you please help me do a simple test:

--connect the smartphone to the WiFi of Deco M5 then enable the mobile hotspot;

--connect the work laptop to the hotspot of the smartphone;

--and check whether the laptop could join the video conference;
