I have a 250 Mbps internet connection from ACT fibrenet.
When I connect directly to the Ethernet by-passing the router, I am getting 240-250 Mbps speed, but when I am using router, its limiting my speed to 80-90 Mbps in both LAN and 5G WiFi

That would be the LAN cable. Change the port from the modem side (if there are more that 1 port) and observe.
If that issue persists try changing the LAN cable and observe again.
By LAN cable I assume we are talking about the cable between your modem and C6 router.
Leave the negotiation speed setting to Auto when doing these trials.
