I have problems connecting my range extender
when I enter the password it doesnt recognitie it
Hi, would there be any error message when the password failed to be recognized like The password should be 5/13 ASCII character or 10/26 hexadecimal digits?
And what is the model number of your main router?
Have you checked the security mode of the main router, like WEP or WPA/ WPA2 Mixed?
Please also check whether there are any special characters like # $ in the password;
