Missing submenu
On my TPLink router AC750 the local management submenu is not shown under Security, only Basic and Advanced. Is it hidden somewhere else or where can I block the unwanted PCs from accessing the router?
The router does not accept a firmware upgrade, it tries, but gives a refusal.

As for the FW upgrade, look at the bottom of the device, there should be a sticker with the region (EU,US, etc.) and the HW version. The different region FWs are not interchangeable.
When you determine that, download the appropriate FW file, decompress and upload to the device.
