Operation Mode: Wireless Router

I got the EU type on the back of the router

 

I'm having an issue upgrading the firmware for this wireless router. First of all the option for firmware upgrade doesn't appear for me however I'm loggining in as an admin user role.

I tried a tweak to get into the firmware window but it always says that the firmware version is wrong
I tried the last 2 firmware versions here but nothing worked.

Any clues?

Have you hard reset the router to see if anything changes ? Is the returning the device an option ?

The other thing you could do is to contact the local support an ask for help.

Maybe the device has been provided to you by the ISP and it has a customized FW.

@Ivaylo I really don't know why I didn't try this before maybe because the device is fairly new but after doing a hard reset I was able to do the firmware upgrade. The nice thing that one of the upgrades was released today totalling 3 upgrades for the device. Thank you so much for your suggestion.
