Model: Archer T3U
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

So,I bought like 3 adapter from TP-Link.
None of them works, this is the worst company I ever brought from,a LIVING SCAM,
I have the same problems EVEN WITH THIS ADAPTER(Packet loss,Disconnecting and Unplugging).
Some times the adapter causes freeze in my computer(when is unplugged my computer nevers freeze).
I tried all the """"""""""""""""""""""""""""Solutions"""""""""""""""""""""""""""" out there, like:
-Changing channel from modem
-Changing frequency from modem
-Disable IPV6 from device management
-Disable band steering from modem

-Uninstall the windows driver and install them from the website

-Uninstall the windows driver and install them from the CD
NONE OF THIS WORKS.
Same story with all the adapters I had .
This is a pure scam.

@Frae

Sorry to hear that this adapter causes a lot of issues, we will try to locate the issue, then fix it, please check verify some info as below:

1. May I know which driver are you on now? Is the computer a Windows 10? Please kindly verify what is the driver version and system version of the Windows as this: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/.

2. Just to confirm, are you plugging it into the USB2.0 port or into the USB3.0 port? What if you try the opposite?

3. You can try to install this driver on the Windows manually, then monitor if it performs good:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200601/00015960-RTLWlanU_WindowsDriver_1030.38.0712.2019_Drv_3.00.0032.L.zip
You need to uninstall all the other drivers for this adapter, then install it manually: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/.

BTW, what is the model number of the wireless router?
