Could you please help me check the following information:
- What is the model number of your main router?
- When the internet disconnected, would the 4ghz and 5ghz turn off or red?
- How about the dropping frequency of the RE305 within a day?
if possible, could you please connect your smartphone or the laptop to the RE305 to check the wireless connection as well?
By the way, what is the model number of your ring cameras?
Since most smart cameras only support 2.4ghz, please try to enable the high-speed mode on the RE305: 5ghz to the router, 2.4ghz to the clients;
Then change the wireless channel on the main home to be channel 36 or 40 for the 5ghz;
