Model: Deco M3
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

I recently had a problem with my Deco and had to reset it. For some reason, it will not let me create my wi-fi network with the same name as the one I had before.

I reset my Decc, did a factory reset and yet I still get the "Failed to create Wi-Fi network - Several networks have the same name."

I've only used that name on the Deco, and it's still somehow showing up as available (albeit with no internet).

How do I get the Deco to "forget" or delete the old one as it seems to still be somehow storing it.

Thanks!
