All indicator lights on including the internet but no internet output.

 

Started doing this then after reboot worked ok  for a couple of weeks.

 

Now after factory reset and configering again lasted 30mins then no internet.

 

Have used my old netgear router and it's fine.

 

Is there a fix or should I bin it and but new?

 

Actually is an Archer D2 AC750 but Model not on dropdown list

Hello, do you mean the internet LED on the Archer D2 is correctly on, while there is no internet on the devices connected to the network? Can you please login to the web interface of the D2, show us the WAN status page when there is no internet? If there is a WAN IP address, please try to change the DNS server on it to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, then reboot and confirm.

 

BTW, who is your ISP, is it PPPoE connection type on the D2? Is it working as a wireless router or a DSL modem router?

Found the problem which was under voltage. Change power supply and has been working for over a week. It was just nuts having all indicators on but dropping internet working althoug as I said indicator was on and steady. Thanks for your time
