I changed the config file. Now I'm connecting with my root password. But I can't see the WDS menu. as in your pictures. I think I should change the firmware.
Which firmware should I choose is based on my hardware version. Do you have any knowledge about this topic. hardware version is available on my share.

Just look at bottom of your device - there should be a sticker - check the version. If it says (EU) and HW v3, then you can go ahead with the latest from 2020-03-10.

I tried two firmwares. But not accept.

modem gave  the message.

Error Code: 4503

Uploaded file was not accepted by the device.

I used Lan cable. not wirelewss network.

Even that the model and HW version are correct It looks like you have a customized FW uploaded on the device by your ISP (TurkTelekom).

Hence the reason it won't accept the stock FW from TP-Link.

What is your primary device router/modem ?

If you can use the TD-W9970 as a primary device and your other device with WDS, that's an option too.

Thanks for the your solve idea.  you are right. Turktelekom firmware is not accept original firmware. also hardwire is not included WDS. I opened WDS menu but can't receive wireless signal. not shown wireless signals. it only use output wifi signal.
