Model: Archer AX10  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20201214 Rel. 52564

Few days ago I updated my Archer AX10 to its latest firmware. After that, I am unable to connect my 2.4GHz band though I can with 5GHz band. Any other device is able to connect the 2.4GHz . I tried to connect by renaming, resetting and merging (smart connect), even by putting wrong password in device.. but everytime it showing "saved" even it's not showing"connecting" or "obtaining IP address". Please make a solution on this. Thank you...

Try by forgetting that 2.4 GHz network and re-connect it again.

@Ivaylo I have tried all these type of possibilities from my mobile...but the problem remains same. Is it any issue by the firmware?

I wouldn't know if it is, I am just trying to help you resolve the issue.

Does only your phone experiencing this issue ?

Try setting Channel and Channel bandwidth to Auto for 2.4 GHz band, Wireless Security to WPA2-PSK and Wireless Encryption to AES.

If that doesn't help do a hard reset (Method 1) router and re-configure from scratch - make notes of your configuration before that if you have some special settings.

Don't turn ON Smart Connect, and name your SSIDs differently for 2.4 & 5 GHz bands - troubleshooting is easier. See if that helps.

Hello... Yes only my device is facing the problem... So I turned on the guest 2.4G connection and it's working on my device. Only main 2.4GHz is not working and only on my device, I am the operator...

What you have suggested I tried putting auto and manually for the channels and bandwidth but nothing is working

What's the model of your phone ? Did you try hard resetting the router ?
