I have setup access control for my devices so that they are not able to access internet during a particular time. It works fine for WiFi, but the internet is still available when laptop is directly connected to the router using Ethernet cable. Is it a bug in firmware? Can someone please help?
Did you follow this guide to configure the Access Control on the C20 for both the wired and wireless clients? Ensure you type in the correct MAC address of that wired device.
@Kevin_Z There is no distinction between wired and wireless network when it comes to access control setup for C20. MAC addresses has been given correctly, that's how it's working albeit for wireless connectivity only. Not sure why the control isn't working on Ethernet LAN.
