Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.20

Reset the setting of the modem and try set up again but not be connected to tp link and I haven't internet alarm ....I don't know why ?

I don't know how I fixed it?

Try to connect to the device via wireless. If you have done a reset then your default wireless settings are on the sticker (on the back of the device).
