You should be able to change channels via web by going to your router IP address. Hope this helps.

I have a drop down list on the right not sure why that option is not available for you. What firmware are you running? I am on 2.0.3 Build 20201129 Ref 58079.

I missed your reply. Hmm, strangly enough I have the x20, and whenever I clikc update via the web app it tells me that i have the latest firmware. 

 

However, its definitely a lower number than this version, and whenever i try to update with the version you linked, nothing happens. I'm not sure what's happening, this is obviously a later build.

Hi Brian, Have you tried updating the firmware from the Deco App on your phone or tablet?

Hi, the current firmware 2.0.3 Build 20201129 Ref 58079. for KKNZ is a customized firmware for a local service provider.

And it is for Deco X20 V1.2, so the firmware is not suitable for Deco X20 V1.

 

May I know why you want to change the wireless channel?

Do you have any specific issues with the current channel?
