I am trying to restrict access to a website. I've followed the exact steps from your official page such as https://www.tp-link.com/bg/support/faq/1387. I've also tried the youtube tutorial, but nothing worked. I can still access them.
Any suggestion on how to fix this?
How about follow this guide to configure the Access Control settings on your C50 V4?

Nope it doesn't work. Also on the Access Control > Rule page on the last field "Direction" is selected to OUT and grayed out. I can't change it. Don't know what is it for, but I just can't change it. Any other suggestion ?
I've attached screenshots. The MAC address used is the device physical MAC address.
Have you tried to block any other websites to see if those works?
BTW, what is the current firmware version of your C50 V4? Ensure it is up-to-date.
