hi 

 

i have deco x20 i bought it from amazon sa but the order was Shipped from us 

 

i enabled ipv6 but it does not show me any ip for ipv6 only ipv6 for lan is that becuse the deco x20 was shipped from us? or not

 

and when i connect to my isp router i get on Win10 Eternet stuts ipv6 internt but when i use the deco x20 its shows 

and this is the ipv6 configuration

 

 

did i do somthing wrong ?

 

 

and my connection type is Dynamic ip 

 

and i set the deco router not access point

 

any help ?

 

and sorry for my bad english

Hi, Could you please help me check the following information:

1. Connect the laptop directly to the ISP cable modem to see if you could get IPv6 address and internet access over IPv6?

--it would be very helpful that after testing , you could send a picture to me about the IPv6 settings on the computer;

2. By the way, who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your cable modem?

i already connect my pc to my isp modem and i get ipv6 with no configuration and i didn't change any settings my internet Provider is stc telecom Saudi Arabia and my modem is Huawei h312-370 5G i already get ipv6 when connect to Huawei h312-370 using cable  without any settings or any configuration to Huawei h312-370  192.168.8.1 settings 

 

but when using deco x20 i can't get ipv6 and i'm still using same cable

hi

 

so i tried to fix this issue i disable this two option and i set Google DNS Manually  

 

after that i get ipv6 ip finally

 

but i don't know why my PC didn't get ipv6 here 

 

i'm connected to main deco using cable i tried to reboot the main deco i still cannot get ipv6 on my pc but when i use same cable to connect to my isp modem i get ipv6 to my pc but when i connect to the deco using cable there's no ipv6 connection but the deco app show me the deco is already connected to ipv6 but my pc didn't get any ipv6 access
