Question relates to Deco Mesh - sorry had to choose a model, Deco Mesh isn't there so just chose first option.

For the last 3-4 week neither by husband or I can use the Deco App when we are not at home to connect to our Deco Mesh.  All we get is a message "We couldn't find Deco.  SOmething went wrong with the cloud service.  Please try again".   Works fine if we are at home.  Have confirmed both our phones have "Wifi and Data: on.  Version of App is 2.3.2
