Firmware Version:

When I run the CD for my T3U it loads fine, however it is unable to fine the plugged in USB even though it is flashing green. I get a message "unable to find adapter". I am using Windows 10.

Hello, please refer to the Case 1 in the below FAQ to check if you can find the adapter on your Windows 10:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2252/

It is suggested try with different USB ports on the Windows 10.
